Blue Reaches New Audiophile Heights On Ultradisc One-Step
1/4" / 15 IPS Dolby A analog master to DSD 256 to analog console to lathe
Deemed the third Greatest Album of All Time by Rolling Stone; universally celebrated by critics, fans, artists, and educators; and defined by a spell of disarmingly vulnerable songs at once confessional, intense, spare, honest, painful, hopeful, and exquisite, Blue charts love, spiritualism, independence, and loss like no record before or since. It is the epitome of brilliance ā and sounds more intimate, involving, and inescapable than ever on MoFi SuperVinyl via Mobile Fidelityās UltraDisc One-Step 180g 45RPM 2LP box set.Joni Mitchell ā Court and Spark ā MoFi 180g 45RPM SuperVinyl 2LP Box Set

Ā Ultradisc One-Step Box Set Of Lush 1974 Album Plays With Arresting Detail, Clarity, And Openness
Mastering Source to Be Determined Closer to Production Date; Specifics Will Be Posted Here When Authenticated Court and Spark, the most commercially successful album of Joni Mitchellās trailblazing career, arrived after a year in which she took some time to breathe and kept a low profile. The much-deserved break led to yet more breakthroughs. Demonstrably marking Mitchellās increasing drift toward jazz (and proclivity for absorbing the works of Miles Davis and John Coltrane), and teeming with heightened confidence, beautiful melodies, and shape-shifting arrangements, the lush 1974 record earned four Grammy nominations and was voted the Best Album of the Year in the prestigious Pazz & Jop poll.Judee Sill “Heart Food” ā Intervention Records 180g Vinyl

Julie London ā Latin In A Satin Mood ā Analogue Productions 200g Vinyl
Analogue Productions has brought back Julie London sings Latin In A Satin Mood in dramatic, deserving fashion. Remastered by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio, and plated and pressed on 200-gram vinyl at Quality Record Pressings, the crispness and vibrancy of this recording is spectacular.
Exotic and Latin albums were big deals in the 1950s and early ā60s, and singers as diverse as Dean Martin, Lena Horne, and Peggy Lee were recording with castanets and bongo drums. Like Peggy Lee, London combines a restrained vocal approach with jazz phrasing and a cool attitude with icy sex appeal on this album of relaxing Latin standards. Julie does look beautiful on the cover, and the backup male āmariachi-esqueā serenade ads to the romantic ambiance.

Kebā Moā ā Kebā Moā Pure Pleasure Records
Kebā Moās self-titled debut is an edgy, ambitious collection of gritty country blues. Kebā Moā pushes into new directions, trying to incorporate some of the sensibilites of the slacker revolution without losing touch of the tradition that makes the blues the breathing, vital art form it is. His attempts arenāt always successful, but his gutsy guitar playing and impassioned vocals, as well as his surprisingly accomplished songwriting, make Kebā Moā a debut to cherish.

Khachaturian Gayne Ballet Suite 2LP 45rpm 180g Vinyl LSO Fistoulari Everest Classic Records
Rarely has a record label been so influential and so associated with trend-setting recording techniques for its time as Everest Records. Hollywood sound man Harry Belock and audio dealer-engineer Bert Whyte started the label as the stereo era dawned. They acquired 3-channel 35mm magnetic film recording equipment in 1959, and through the early '60s recorded in this fashion, as did Mercury Records.
