MCRU Audiophile Mains Lead Set
A complete mains hub solution consisting of six audiophile quality mains power leads and a 6 way extension block all hand made in our Yorkshire workshop.
The set includes a total of 10 metres of cable (more can be added if required) this allows you to specify the length of each cable to suit your systems needs.
Example 1 metre from wall plug to mains block and 6 x 1.5 metre cables attached to the block.
MCRU Gold Standard 6 Way Mains Extension Hub
In our quest to bring our fellow audiophiles and music fans the best performing mains power accessories we are introducing a new range of mains up-grades.
The Gold Standard all feature gold plated contacts done by our long standing plating partner who has over 50 years of expertise in this field.
The Gold Standard extension hub features 6 sockets with gold plated internal rails (we even remove the screws and plate them separately so there are no missed areas), gold plating improves conductivity and does not tarnish or oxidize.
The block has our bespoke internal filtering inside and as a final touch we spray the rails with deoxit, everything possible has been done to give you the best performance for the price charged.
MCRU No. 88 Mains Power Block
Made in the MCRU workshops in the heart of Yorkshire, the No. 88 block is part of our entry level range designed to offer exceptional value for money with top performance. Partnered with our No. 88 mains power lead this is a perfect up-grade from the basic cables usually provided with your equipment at purchase.
Available with either 3 or 6 sockets the No. 88 block uses shielded and screened cable to reject RFI and is fitted with a UK mains plug with a 13A silver plated fuse.
The internals of the block are treated with Caig de-oxit to remove surface contaminants and leave a microscopic film to prevent oxidation. We also treat the mains plug pins the same way.
The block is available with any length of cable attached starting at 1 metre. It can be wall mounted using the holes on the back panel.
