Glanz is an old Japanese name warmly welcomed back to the UK – this is the newly refreshed Glanz S Series tonearm, available in 9″, 10″ and 12″ versions. Like all Glanz tonearms, constructed mainly from stainless steel parts with obsessive attention to resonance control, and now with an improved counterweight design. This is, without exception, the finest tonearm that we have ever heard, and the physical quality is simply astonishing. Effective mass is in the order of 30g, but Glanz do not quote a figure, so only suitable for genuinely low compliance cartridges (please call to discuss if you are unsure).
