The MCRU No.75 power lead is one of our very best selling/performing power cables period. Multi award winning design based on carefully matched parts and our bespoke tweaks to bring out the best in any hi-fi system from budget to esoteric.
The block/hub is supplied with UK sockets as standard and is also available with EU schuko sockets no extra charge.
After numerous requests for a matching mains block/hub we now introduce the No.75 extension hub. Made using the same mains plug (specially commissioned from Furutech of Japan) cryo treated copper plug with our gold plated 13A bussmann fuse installed, the cable is the same as used in the No. 75 mains lead, silver plated for optimum conductivity with active earth screen to remove the effects of RFI.
The block itself is manufactured in Germany and we have neither seen nor heard many offerings that better it for such reasonable cost. We dis-assemble the block and soak the internal rails in Caig De-Oxit to remove surface impurities and leave a microscopic coating to prevent oxidation. The cable is soldered to the internal rails using hi-fi tuning 9.5% silver solder, the best solder we know of.
Both the mains plug and block are fitted with our bespoke non-intrusive filtering, another reason why our mains products perform so well. Finally the cable is shrouded in acoustic braiding.
The hub is available with a choice of 4, 6 or 8 sockets
Length of attached cable can be chosen from the menu.

Nicely made power strip. Delivery was very fast. The change in sound to my system was extremely positive. I’m hearing things I’ve never heard before.
