Purchased this recently and was quietly impressed by the difference this platter mat has made to my listening enjoyment. I own a Rega RP10 with an Aphelion 2 cartridge and thought the musical sound was pretty good but the HexMat Eclipse has upped the enjoyment considerably. It is pricey for a platter mat but worth every penny as it is equivalent to a cartridge upgrade which would cost considerably more.
