“I was sceptical regarding the use of upgraded mains leads after buying a few ‘off the shelf’ leads back in 2001 for use on a Naim amplifier setup, they just did not make any difference what so ever. I bought half a meter of this cable 2 years ago and noticed a difference over a period of months to the sound of my present amplifier. I have just spent the last month replacing all the mains cables in my system with this cable, unit by unit, starting with my Marantz SA11s3 disc player, My Marantz CD Recorder, My Marantz UD7007 Blu-Ray player, My Musical Fidelity X-PSU-v3 that powers my X-DACv3 and X-10v3 valve buffer and finishing with a new silver plated extension block along with 3 meters of this cable. Each unit’s power cable upgrade has had an improvement from its first use and i can hear subtle improvements each day the system is in use. What i can expect from this cable over the coming months is subtle improvements over a period of 3 months where the cables improvements in the system will peak and remain at that level. I can recommend this cable for use in a ‘over smooth’ sounding system as the cable seems to allow a faster brighter sound from my components. This is where everyone can have a giggle, i am using a 12 year old Sony STR-DB2000 Class D amplifier in bi-wire mode, using the front four speaker outputs that has a ‘forward mid range sound’ until funds allow purchase of the matching Marantz PM-11s3 amplifier to partner my Marantz SA11s3 Disc player, but i can hold my hand up and say the system i have now blows the socks off my previous Naim Audio, active crossover- multi amplifier system just by changing the power lead on my amplifier to the Furutech FP-314ag. Anyone sceptical regarding upgrading mains cables then try this cable, i promise you ”you will not regret it” “
