The Furutech FI-03G is a high-performance, gold-plated IEC inlet with an integrated fuse-holder for small 5x20mm fuses.  Some equipment designs use an integrated inlet like these, and good quality upgrades are hard to find.  Furutech makes a very high-quality unit with excellent fit and finish.  The fuse holder even has a space for a spare fuse.
