The Furutech The FI-10R rhodium-plated IEC Inlet employs nylon/fibre-glass housing and high-conductivity phosphor bronze base metal. The Furutech FI-10 is a significant upgrade for most components, as most stock inlets are made of nickel-plated brass with a PVC body.

When used in conjunction with the Furutech FI-25 series of IEC plugs on your power lead, you’ll have a connection that has a very tight grip, in addition to great sound! This IEC inlet is simple to install, and does NOT require soldering. The wires are simply screwed into the inlet.
