The new iFI Audio iDSD Pro requires 15V DC input x 4 amps. MCRU + Longdog Audio have developed a new fully regulated linear power supply specifically for the pro idsd.
Replacing the supplied switch mode power supply is proven to offer immediate and often dramatic improvements in sound quality.
The unit is supplied with a power lead to suit your country (UK | EU | USA | AUS etc) and the power supply will be configured with the correct input voltage to suit your country. A power lead is included as well as a DC cable to attach the power supply to your pro idsd.

I ummed and ahhed over buying this for a long time, because in the past upgrading the power supply of a cheaper DAC made little difference.
I needn’t have worried because this device makes an obvious improvement to the sound of the Pro iDSD. The first thing I noticed was that there is more insight into the phrasing and nuances of vocals, there is also more depth to the stereo image, and less digital glare/edge.
I am very pleased with this purchase.
