The returned item should be posted to our address which is on the website homepage.

If you have purchased an item that is made to order (classed as taylor made under the sale of goods act) these cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please consider if you purchase from another country we do not refund the cost to return the goods on any returns unless there is a fault or we have sent the wrong item by mistake.
